Terms of Use

These terms cover the MAVENS website, the MAVENS Experience, MAVENS ID accounts and the free Aurora demo. By using them you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.

A pre-release project

MAVENS is in development. Aircraft, scenes and screens shown on this site are concept visualizations, and features described as planned or coming soon are not available yet. The MAVENS app is not available for download.

Your account

• Give accurate information, keep your password private, and tell us if you think someone else is using your account.
• You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You can delete your account at any time from your account page.

Using the Aurora demo

• Aurora is an AI assistant. Her answers can be wrong or out of date. Check anything important, and don't rely on her for medical, legal, financial, safety or other professional advice.
• The demo is free and limited. Daily limits apply, and features may change or pause at any time.
• If you add your own AI provider key, your use of that provider is governed by its own terms and pricing.

Acceptable use

MAVENS is built for lawful, civilian purposes. Do not use the site or the demo to:

• break any law or anyone's rights, or harass, threaten or harm others;
• try to get around limits, security or sign-in, or disrupt the service;
• create harmful, deceptive or illegal content, or misrepresent your identity;
• collect other people's personal information without permission.

We may limit, suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

Ownership and credit

MAVENS, Aurora, Falcon View and the content of this site were created, owned and designed by Jacob Terrell. You may share links to the site, but please don't copy or reuse its design, text, films or artwork without permission.

Map and city data in the MAVENS Experience come from third parties under their own licences: © OpenStreetMap contributors (Open Database License), LOJIC open data, USDA NAIP imagery via the U.S. Geological Survey, and Natural Earth.

No warranty

The site and the demo are provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, MAVENS and its creator are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any loss arising from reliance on Aurora's answers or on information shown on this site.

Changes

We may update these terms. The date above shows the latest version. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
